PGA Pro, Ben Weir, rolls putts from 3 feet with the Strobe Training Glasses at 210ms of occlusion (followed by 100ms of clear lenses). He then gives feedback about how he is pulling his putts. That is his personal tendency. Then he increases the occlusion to 280ms occlusion. He still finds when he misses it is because he pulls the putt. At the higher levels of occlusion the brain must focus better visually but the brain also learns or senses where the body is in space, or balance. Watch the next video to see how after training Ben responds with the same length putts.
